AARP 2831 is pleased to present Taking the Scare Out of Medicare on August 8 from 1-3 pm in the Town of Potsdam Community Room (across from IGA).
If retirement is in your future and you're beginning to think about the process ahead; if you are already retired and wondering what are the possibilities for changes in the coming year, this presentation will help answer such questions. The presenters are Nancy Green (HIICAP Coordinator for Office for the Aging) and Sheryl Campbell (AARP Foundation Tax Aide District Coordinator). They will include Medicare A&B, what Medicare Advantage plans are vs. Medicare supplement policies, Medicare Part D (Drug Coverage) and low income subsidy programs and have handouts for the participants. There is no reservation required, but space is limited. Visit us at aarpchapter2831.org or contact us via aarp2831@gmail.com
